Ungmennafélagið Hvöt (Icelandic pronunciation: , lit. 'Impulse Youth Club'), commonly known as Hvöt or Hvöt Blönduós (Icelandic pronunciation: ), is an Icelandic multi-sport club from the town of Blönduós located in the north of Iceland.
